Procedure for Withdrawal of Students

For the withdrawal from the school, follow the given steps-

  • School Leaving Certificate will be given only to those students who have settled all their dues. Application for school leaving certificate should be made in writing by the parents on the prescribed form. A fee of Rs. 100/- is charged for issuing a school leaving certificate or the date of birth for any other extract from the school general register.
  • Give one month’s notice in advance in writing to get the school leaving certificate. In the absence of such a notice, one month’s fee will be charged.
  • The student shall be given a TC / School Leaving Certificate by the School Authorities on any of the following grounds:
    • a)  Constantly weak in studies
    • b)  Irregularity in attendance or continuous absence without information or frequent absence.
    • c)  Behaviour problem.
    • d)  Over age
    • e)  Non-payment of fees or irregularity in the clearance of the school fees/dues etc.
  • For withdrawal after April 30, fees of two months i.e. May and June will have to be paid. Those who leave in November will have to pay the fees for the month of December also.
